Director and Workplace Investigator

Rebecca Taseff brings over 25 years’ employment law experience at senior levels in private practice and in-house, to the sensitive and complex workplace investigations and culture reviews she leads for RLT Consulting.

Rebecca has broad-ranging experience conducting workplace investigations for a range of organisations, across the private sector, as well as for government agencies and the not for profit sector. Rebecca’s strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills make her a highly effective investigator and reviewer. She is especially skilled at managing the legal, commercial and regulatory risks that accompany investigations into highly complex conduct matters.

Rebecca is a passionate educator, having been an Adjunct Lecturer at the College of Law and has lectured on HR management and employment law at several Western Australian universities. She is also a founding member of the Perth circle of the Australasian Association of Workplace Investigators and remains actively involved.
